Activities

The project is organised around four groups of activities:

  1. Establishment and training of national teams and international sectoral teams for interpretative trails.
  2. Elaboration of interpretative trails, including description of interpretative points and production of guides, as wells as training of nature interpreters at summer camps.
  3. Visibility and cross-border promotion of the action — setting up by all partners of project visual identity, production of visibility interpretative media, holding of first international conference ‘Interpret the Black Sea’.
  4. Management and coordination — establishment of teams and model for internal monitoring, management at national and regional level, holding of steering committee meetings.
